Please read and understand these terms and conditions fully before creating an account or playing games on the ok8004 platform.

General Provisions
ok8004 ("Platform", "we", "our") is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ok8004 and all users ("Member", "you") covering all services, games, promotions and use of the platform.
These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and all members must comply with these provisions. ok8004 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" means the ok8004 website, applications and all related services.
- "Member" means any person registered on ok8004.
- "Wallet" means the virtual balance linked to each member's account.
- "Bonus" means any type of incentive funds provided by ok8004.
- "Wagering" means the overall activity of placing bets.
1.2 Scope of Terms
These Terms apply to all ok8004 products and services, including cricket betting, slots, casino games, fishing games, virtual sports and other categories. Separate special terms may apply to specific products or promotions, and these will apply alongside the general terms.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age and Eligibility
To create an account or participate in games on ok8004, a member must meet the following conditions:
- Must be at least 21 years of age (for ages 21 and above only).
- Must be legally an adult and have the capacity to enter into this agreement on their own behalf.
- Must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction where they reside.
- Must create an account in their own name; creating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- Each individual may operate only one account.
2.2 Registration Process
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. ok8004 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
Please note: Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address or device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed.
Account Security
3.1 Password and Login
It is the member's responsibility to keep their login details (username and password) completely confidential. ok8004 will never ask for a password via email or chat. Please follow these precautions:
- Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
- Do not use the same password on other websites.
- Always log out after using a public or shared device.
- If you suspect any unauthorised login, contact support immediately.
3.2 Responsibility
The member is responsible for all activity carried out on the account, including unauthorised use by third parties — unless the member notifies ok8004 promptly. ok8004 keeps records of all logins and transactions.
Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposits
Accepted deposit methods on ok8004 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method. Deposited funds will be added to the wallet only after successful processing.
- All deposit methods must match the registered account name.
- Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
- Successful deposits are generally reflected in the wallet instantly.
- If there is a problem with a deposit, contact support with a payment screenshot.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before withdrawal.
- To withdraw a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
- Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
- ok8004 may temporarily hold a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.
Standard withdrawals are completed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required for identity verification or unusual activity.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on ok8004 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on ok8004 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total wallet balance to ৳2,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- The first deposit must be ৳300 or more to qualify for the bonus.
- A 10x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus amount.
- The welcome bonus can only be received once and applies to one account.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
5.2 Other Promotions
ok8004 regularly runs various promotions, cashback offers and tournaments. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. General bonus terms:
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active.
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonuses may only be used on games approved by ok8004.
- Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent or rule-breaking means will result in account closure.
5.3 VIP Program
The ok8004 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.5% and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Progression through each tier is determined based on the member's regular activity and gaming history.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ok8004 is committed to fair play. All games offered on the platform are sourced from recognised providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt) and operate on verified random number generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Betting Rules
- Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a technical error produces an invalid result, ok8004 reserves the right to void it.
- Intentionally exploiting any flaw or vulnerability in a game or the system is prohibited.

6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a device problem, the result will be determined according to server data. ok8004 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game or service for technical reasons.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok8004. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
Money laundering or any illegal financial activity is completely prohibited on ok8004. ok8004 fulfils its legal obligation to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Placing bets in a deliberate pattern with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
- Playing games using software bots or automated methods.
- Exploiting weaknesses or technical errors in the game system.
- Using or stealing another member's account.
- Providing false or misleading information on the platform.
- Using the platform for criminal purposes.
- Presenting yourself as an ok8004 staff member or representative.
Responsible Gaming

ok8004's total liability will in no case exceed the principal amount of the relevant transaction. ok8004 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Account Closure & Suspension
11.1 Closure by ok8004
ok8004 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Legal obligations or instructions from a regulatory authority.
11.2 Closure by Member
A member may request account closure at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
Even after an account is closed, ok8004 will retain the member's information and transaction history for a specified period as required by law.
Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous
12.1 Right to Modify
ok8004 reserves the right to amend, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified via their account or through a notice published on the website for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect without that provision.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any separate product-specific terms together form the entire agreement between ok8004 and the member. These terms and conditions supersede any prior oral or written representations.
